You'll definitely want your Realtor to be meticulous.

Internet Savvy. In a time when many more buyers are starting their home search on the Internet than in the print media, you'll want a Realtor who is Internet savvy. Someone who can present your home on the Internet in ways the competition can't.

And, of course, nice.
