The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation is earned by only 4% of agents nationwide. Here are the requirements that Shelly met to earn this highest designation for residentials agents:
- Production requirement of 75 or more transactions within a five-year period, or $25 million in sales within a five-year period. (Shelly substantially exceeded both of these requirements);
- Courses in advanced real estate topics, including listing strategies, real estate technologies, and wealth-building through real estate, and;
- A Bachelor's degree.
